Youth Making Changes Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and young adults through education, mentorship, workforce development, leadership opportunities, and community engagement.

Founded on the belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, we provide programs and supportive services that help youth discover their strengths, build confidence, and create positive pathways toward their future.

We serve youth ages 12–25 by offering life skills development, job readiness training, violence prevention initiatives, college and career exploration, health and wellness education, leadership development, and youth engagement activities.

Our goal is to help young people overcome barriers, reach their full potential, and become productive leaders within their communities.
